Alberta Express Entry draw
Alberta Express Entry Draw Issues 386 Invitations at Score 60

Alberta invited 386 candidates through an Alberta Express Entry Priority Sectors (General) draw held October 20, 2026. The minimum score was 60.
What was announced
The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program reported an Alberta Express Entry Stream selection on October 20, 2026. The draw focused on Priority Sectors (General), issued 386 invitations and had a minimum invited score of 60.
The Alberta Express Entry Stream requires an active federal Express Entry profile and eligibility for at least one federal program managed through Express Entry. Alberta's published minimum assessment requirements also include a CRS score of at least 300, an occupation connected to an eligible pathway or provincial priority, and an intention and ability to live and work permanently in Alberta.
AAIP states that an Expression of Interest score is not the only selection factor and that it does not disclose all recent draw parameters. An invitation allows a selected candidate to submit a provincial application; it is not a nomination or permanent residence approval.
What this may mean for applicants
Candidates should keep both their federal Express Entry profile and Alberta Worker EOI accurate and current. A score of 60 in this round does not predict a future invitation, and candidates must document every eligibility and selection factor claimed when they apply.
