What was announced

Immigration New Brunswick reported that 203 Atlantic Immigration Program endorsement applications were selected for processing across rounds held October 2, 9 and 29, 2026. The published cut-off dates were October 1, 9 and 28 at 11:59 p.m. Atlantic time.

The province selected applications connected to construction; education, social and community services; health care; manufacturing; other trades; professional and information technology; and sales and services. New Brunswick did not publish a score threshold or a breakdown of the 203 selections by occupation or individual round.

Under New Brunswick's AIP process, endorsement applications enter a candidate pool and may remain valid for 365 days. Selections depend on provincial labour-market needs, available allocation and other government priorities. Only designated employers can offer jobs and submit endorsement applications under the program.

What this may mean for applicants

Selection means the endorsement application can move forward for processing; it is not an endorsement approval or permanent residence approval. The employer and candidate should confirm designation, job-offer and program requirements, maintain complete supporting documents and follow the instructions and deadline in the provincial notice. If a candidate also receives a New Brunswick PNP invitation, the province requires them to choose one active application.
